On Sunday, we lost a Delaware Tech graduate, Distinguished Alumni recipient, and our commencement speaker. Maj. Gen. Carol Timmons, head of the Delaware National Guard from 2017 until 2019, was one of the first female combat pilots and the first female brigadier general and adjutant general in the Delaware National Guard.

Upward Bound Students Support Local Hospital Employees
Students enrolled in the Delaware Tech Classic Upward Bound program on the College's Dover campus led an effort that resulted in more than 150 letters, notes, and pieces of artwork expressing appreciation and love being donated to healthcare workers at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus in Dover and Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus in Milford.
